Step by step guide

  1. Fill in the ordering form.

  2. We will send you an invoice and instructions how to proceed further.

  3. After the payment is received, we can proceed with the preparation.

  4. In case you will visit Estonia, we will prepare everything for the notarial appointment.

  5. In case you will not visit Estonia, we will proceed remotely and prepare all required documents and give you further guidance.

Share capital and bank account

The companies will be registered as “share capital is paid in”.

The company has no bank or PSP account. Thus, you can open an account after the company is registered to your name.

Generally, we suggest clients to open accounts with PSPs (Revolut, Paysera, Wise etc.). In most cases, our clients get positive answers and accounts opened.
