If you want to have corporate shareholder(s) or you want to move your business to Estonia through your foreign corporate entity, you must provide shareholder’s registry documents which present:

Documents can not be older than 3 months and they must be originals or certified by the notary, in most cases they also must be legalized by an apostille. Documents from some countries need full legalization.
In case of existence of bearer shares, such company is not allowed to be a shareholder of an Estonian company.
To complete the transaction, board member of the shareholder must visit Estonia - or PoA is needed.
For additional KYC proof of address may be required.
Power of Attorney is required in case of remote services.
Remote service is needed when shareholders and/or board members
will not visit Estonia.
Remote services are based on Power of Attorneys (PoAs), which are drafted by the service provider (us) based on the order and KYC information.
The client must certify the PoA at the notary and in most cases legalize it by apostille. Documents from some countries need full legalization.
Original PoAs are required for the company transfer, before sending the originals scans must be sent to us for review.
